About Imprell Renewables

Clean energy, brighter possibilities

Imprell Renewables develops and delivers clean energy assets and the infrastructure around them, from solar and wind generation to storage and charging, for businesses, institutions and the grid.

Solar & wind projects

Utility-scale and captive generation projects, from resource assessment to commissioning.

Energy infrastructure

Evacuation, substations and supporting infrastructure that connect clean generation to the people who use it.

EPC & O&M

Engineering, procurement and construction, followed by operations and maintenance with performance monitoring.

Energy storage

Battery storage that makes renewable supply firmer and more flexible, including hybrid solar-plus-storage.

EV infrastructure

Charging infrastructure for fleets, commercial sites and public use.

Sustainable solutions

Rooftop solar, efficiency and decarbonisation solutions for businesses and institutions.

Built for India

Clean power, built to last.

India is adding solar, wind and storage at scale, and businesses want power that is cleaner and more predictable. Imprell Renewables builds for both.

Generation

Utility-scale solar and wind

Large generation projects that sell power to utilities and institutional buyers, built on strong resource and clear grid access.

Hybrid

Hybrid and round-the-clock supply

Solar and wind with storage, so supply matches how customers actually use power.

C&I

Commercial and industrial clean power

Captive, group captive and open-access supply for factories, campuses and large commercial users who want cleaner, more predictable power costs.

Distributed

Rooftop and distributed solar

Rooftop and on-site systems for businesses, institutions and housing, including net-metered installations.

Storage

Energy storage

Battery storage that smooths supply, shifts energy to when it is needed and supports the grid.

Next

Charging and green fuels

Charging infrastructure for fleets and public use today, with room to grow into green hydrogen and wider energy infrastructure over time.

Project lifecycle

From site to output.

Every project moves through the same 6 stages. It only advances when the gate for its current stage is met.

01/06

Stage 01

Site

Every project starts with the resource and the land. We assess both before anything else is committed.

  • Solar irradiance and wind resource data for the site
  • Land availability, title and lease terms
  • Distance to the grid and available evacuation capacity
GateA site with a credible resource, clear land rights and a realistic route to the grid.OutputSite note
Stage 02

Assess

We test the economics under realistic assumptions, not the best case.

  • Generation estimate, capacity utilisation and degradation
  • Capex, tariff, financing and return sensitivities
  • Hybrid and storage options that firm up supply
GateReturns hold up in the downside case.OutputFeasibility model
Stage 03

Contract

Power is only worth building when someone has agreed to buy it. Offtake and the project structure are settled first.

  • Power purchase agreement or captive and group captive structure
  • Open access, net metering or utility offtake route as applicable
  • SPV, lenders and co-investor terms
GateOfftake signed, funding tied in and governance approved.OutputTerm sheet and PPA
Stage 04

Approve

Approvals and connectivity are secured with the relevant agencies before construction begins.

  • Registrations and clearances with the state nodal agency and the discom or transmission utility
  • Grid connectivity and evacuation approvals
  • Environmental, land-use and local permissions where required
GateApprovals and grid connectivity in hand.OutputApproval file
Stage 05

Build

Engineering, procurement and construction run to a programme, cost and quality plan, with equipment tested before it is installed.

  • Module, turbine, inverter and balance-of-plant procurement
  • Construction progress, safety and quality checks
  • Testing and commissioning with the utility
GateCommissioned, inspected and synchronised with the grid.OutputCommissioning report
Stage 06

Operate

Operations decide the real return. Assets are monitored, maintained and tuned for output for their whole life.

  • Remote monitoring and performance tracking
  • Preventive maintenance, spares and cleaning schedules
  • Reporting to offtakers, lenders and investors
